How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping cost of $10 Australia Metropolitan areas.
Shipping on all orders over $150 is free for Australia Metropolitan areas.
Regional areas are calculated upon checkout.
Does Access Adventures ship internationally?
Yes we do! We currently ship Australia wide. Internationally, we also service New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Spain, Turkey and Sweden and etc. Please email us with your details, item(s) you would like to purchase so we can arrange a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 - 7 working days (excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you. Orders are shipped from our Northern Beaches warehouse.
Our warehouse is serviced on Monday, Tuesday & Friday – and enquiries, dispatch or order requests will be tended to on these days.
Australia Post is currently experiencing delays impacting both standard and express posts. As a result, your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow 10 business days before contacting us regarding your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
How will I know if my order has been received?
After you place an order we will send you an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, we will send you a second email with tracking details.
How do I track my order?
We use a combination of Australia Post and Sendle for domestic delivery within Australia and all orders will be sent with tracking. All delivery time frames are estimated by our couriers.

You will need to enter your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to make changes to your order please email us please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
General Returns & Refunds info
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty or the wrong size, we are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
All returns, refunds and exchanges must come in their original condition, and must be unworn, unmarked, unscented.
They must also include a note with your name and order number.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping in most cases. Please note that all exchanges will depend on stock availability.
To initiate a return, please contact Access Adventures Customer Care on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will guide you through the return process.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Exchanges & Store credits
At this time we do not offer store credits.
We only offer exchanges for the exact item you've purchased, change of size or colour pending the stock availability.
If your item is the wrong size or colour please notify us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and reason for returning your item. We ask that you keep all shipping documentation for record.
If the goods that you receive from us are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods. We ask that you keep all outer packaging (carton or bag) and take a picture for record.

Incorrect Address submitted
Unfortunately we are not liable for shipping, exchange and refund fees if shipping address is submitted incorrectly when placing an order.
We do understand that mistakes happen, so please contact us immediately and we may be able to help with the costs on a case by case basis. (we may even be able to catch the postman before they leave)
